Be Bold. Get Cold.
No matter how you Plunge, what is important is that you Plunge!
The Special Olympics Delaware Cool Schools challenge is a unique team-building activity that combines fun, school spirit and community service for a great cause. And this year, schools can choose to plunge at Rehoboth Beach on February 5 OR at their own school – whenever and however they choose. Cool Schools Plunge teams can be classrooms, clubs, athletic teams, or just a pack of individual students and staff wanting to make a difference. Every school at every level can become a Cool School.
Want to learn how to start the process? Just email email@example.com to take the first step toward becoming a Cool School … for a great cause!
The Plunge provides an activity for us to build a sense of community in our school that is inclusive, accepting and super positive. Whether we are Special Olympic athletes, Unified partners, teachers or alumni, we do it to show that anyone can belong to this wonderful community and be part of one of the most exciting, fun events offered in the First State.Michael Husni, teacher, Odessa High School
