Ride to the Tide, a police-escorted motorcycle ride, inspires motorcyclists and their passengers from around the region to come together and support our athletes while doing something they love to do – ride their bikes.

Arrive at: Nemours Children’s Health in Milford

Check-in at Rommel begins at 9:00 a.m.

Bikes depart at 11:00 a.m.

ROUTE

Participants will enjoy a police-escorted ride from Rommel Harley-Davidson in Smyrna to a southern Delaware location.

See a detailed description of the route here, as determined in collaboration with DelDOT and law enforcement.

Participants must follow all instructions provided by the law enforcement escort.

HISTORY

The 2026 Ride to the Tide proved that a little cold and wind could not stop this community. The event welcomed 512 registered bikes and 176 registered passengers in support of the athletes of Special Olympics Delaware and raised over $35,000 to support year-round programs and opportunities.
